I don't see the misleading info in my help text for STRPCCMD. Would you please paste it? As far as RUNRMTCMD, in my help I have: ... The target portion of this function can be an rexecd (remote executing) daemon if you specify *IP for the address type, ... Not that this is really explanatory. I got my usage of RUNRMTCMD from the July 1997, Volume 5, Issue 1 edition of 'Client Access/400 Expert', available from Midrange Computing. Along with some followup articles, calls to IBM, trial and terror. But once you do it, it's slick. I am sure others can give you better RTM links. Side track - are we on the right mailing list? I fail to see the RPG in this. Then the help text of STRPCCMD is lying and the help text is at least unclear for RUNRMTCMD. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Rob Berendt" <rob@dekko.com> To: <RPG400-L@midrange.com> Sent: Wednesday, January 19, 2000 7:59 PM Subject: Re: CWBRXD window > Judging by my testing I am going to say the CWBRXD is used > by RUNRMTCMD and not by STRPCCMD. > > > > > > Gombkoetoe@ASsoft.com on 01/19/2000 10:36:52 AM > Please respond to RPG400-L@midrange.com@Internet > To: RPG400-L@midrange.com@Internet > cc: > Fax to: > Subject: Re: CWBRXD window > > maybe... > > why not give it a try? should be simple to verify. > > -----Urspr!ngliche Nachricht----- > Von: "Rob Berendt" <rob@dekko.com> > An: <RPG400-L@midrange.com> > Gesendet: Mittwoch, 19.
