David, the only way you can trap errors in CALLP in V3R2 is
to wrap the call in a subprocedure that has a *PSSR subroutine.
This technique can be used for any sequence of code that might
get an error.

D DoCmd PR 1A
D Cmd 4096A CONST
D Len 15P 5 CONST

C EVAL *IN99 = DoCmd('ADDLIBLE ASDF'
C : %SIZE('ADDLIBLE ASDF')

P DoCmd B EXPORT
D DoCmd PI 1A
D Cmd 4096A CONST
D Len 15P 5 CONST

DQCMDEXC PR EXTPGM('QCMDEXC')
D prCmdStr 4096A CONST
D prCmdLen 15P 5 CONST

C CALLP QCMDEXC (Cmd : Len)
C RETURN '0'

C *PSSR BEGSR
C RETURN '1'
C ENDSR

P DoCmd E
