We've been using the job scheduler for quite a while with out any
problem.  When you say they are submitted twice are you referring to the
joblogs?  If you run a job through the scheduler and use the SBMJOB
command it creates two joblogs.  The first is to submit the job and the
second is the submit from the program.

Recently we have discovered that many of the jobs that we have
