As part of qualified names would you consider being able to qualify a
procedure name with the service program it belongs to. This would allow you
to have duplicate procedure names in different service programs such as:

*** call procedure print in service program invoice
c callp invoice.print(invoice_#)
*** call procedure print in service program order
c callp order.print(order_#)

I have found that I need to include this as part of the procedure name when
in fact most programs don't use conflicting service programs. But if you
have one program that uses two different service programs then all the names
must be unique or it won't bind.

This would be nice to have unless there is currently a way to do it that I
haven't figured out yet.
