There have been several versions on the site - the latest one (which should have
included my additions) was placed there on Dec 14th.  However, I just downloaded
it and its not the right version so I understand your problem.  I'll report it
to Rochester and let you know what happens.  Sorry.

If you only want the C function piece I can send you a PDF just of that (it may
have a few strange comments in it) if you e-mail me direct.
