Dear Mr.Azkin,
I think u have missed the option in client Access about the conversion from 
EBCIDIC to ASCII format . Go to properties in client access and mention the 
file extension for which u want to convert data from EBCIDIC to ascii.
I hope this will work else make the picture more clear by mentioning the 
things in detail & procedure u have followed.
