 >> Please suggest the easy way to know how to determine the previous month
name, the staring date & ending date of the previous month????.

At this point Month contains the month number and you can simply use it against
an array of month names. Day contains the last day of the month - it is left to
you to calculate the first day of the month (hint - it is usually 1 <g>) If you
mean business day - then you'll have to calculate what day of the week the first
and last days represent and then increment/decrement the day to get to the
Monday/Friday.
