RE: Keyword BOX

You need to create your printer file as AFPDS, and your printer must be
configured as *IPDS AFP(*YES)
The specifics of the BOX keyword are in the DDS manual, but the gist of the
thing is that the parameters are in inches (or cm depending on your CRTPRTF
command), and they are:
First corner inches down the page (from the top)
First corner inches across the page (from the left)
Diagonal corner inches down the page (from the top)
Diagonal corner inches across the page (from the left)
Line width
