Setup job accounting for printing

Change QACGLVL to *PRINT  this will write all information on printed
files to a journal

I don't recall the specifics (I did this about five years ago) but this
will record all printed files.  You can then retrieve the journal
entries to a file and setup queries to tell you how many pages per user
or printer etc.  Note this only logs files that are actually printed.
