7551 was added in V3R7, along with EXPROPTS(*RESDECPOS).  But as
I said before, something else weird is happening with your example.
You don't get 7551 if you don't have any decimal positions to begin
with in your statement.  You're not losing any decimal precision
since you never had any to start with, and you're not truncating
your answer or else you'd get a run-time exception.
