Rachel, A better approach is to change your production source files to be "read-only". Then you would need some sort of "change management" program to move development/testing source members to the production source files. This ways accidents can't happen. There are a number of 3rd-party packages that do a LOT of good things for "change management". If the costs aren't acceptable, it is not too difficult to write a simple CLP that would allow source members to move to production, but with auditing and security. Hope this helps. William K.
