Exactly... I need to be able to find the file/program relationship 
for all source/objects on the system.  Otherwise this loophole will 
cause a big problem... thanks for the response.

No. Display program with the option *MODULE will display the components
of the program that you seek, but not the references. Display program
references will display service programs accessed, but not the
individual procedure calls.
