     Gentlemen... I am humbled!

     Paul and Chris and Eric and David, thank you for the information.  I
     now feel that I can go back to my management and tell them that I know
     that a service program is the way to go.  I'm no longer a lone voice
     in the wilderness!!!!!  :-)

     And John, thanks for the lesson on Single Level Storage.  I
     intuitively had an idea how this worked, but now I have a
     explanation!!
