Hi 

Its very simple to send/receive data from AS/400 to any other IP
address regardless of what the plateform is.
For PC having windows, start FTP session for AS/400 (FTP IPaddress).
Use commands PUT and GET to send and receive data from/to AS/400. For
transfering save files, use command BIN before using PUT, GET. While
transfer save file from PC to AS/400, make sure you have an empty save
file on AS/400, if not you can create it using command CRTSAVF.
