Loop control logic revisited

In the "Humorous Enhancements" thread recently, there was a sub-thread with
logically challenged code snippets.  Here's one that uses LEAVE that isn't
(I don't think) a style issue although it's harmless.  Here is the entire
main line (edited for brevity, but with the logic completely intact. Nothing
happens in the main line after the end of the loop.
