Believe it or not,   When the idea was first "Floated" at COMMON last year,
the 
above example was to be the main use of it,  along with DOU, IF, and other
freeform factor 
2 opcodes (that's when I suggested "CF" instead of "CX").   
Initially it wasn't going to be a "Everywhere, everything" type of
implementation.

Like in OS/400 since API's arrived,  No new CL commands have been
created(practically),
so too,  I would be willing to bet that we will rarely see another new
"Fixed" form opcode
being created.  

We'll see what the future brings.
