This is only true if you assume the RPG program will process the file in QTEMP.
Otherwise to have the RPG pgm process the OPNQRYF reposition the file cursor to
TOF with POSDBF.
Whats the purpose of the CPYFRMQRYF , it will help clariify the answer.
