How 'bout RPG IV 1/2  (how do you do "a half" in roman numerals?)  Hey, I
learned RPG 1.5 on an IBM 1130; never knew what distinguished it from RPG 1.
Heck, I can't even remember what distinguised it from RPG 2!

Maybe even "RPG IV Millenium".  Maybe I should copyright that, eh?

Seriously, I've suggested calling the language RPG V.
No-one here likes the idea, and I don't disagree with
their reasons.  The language is steadily evolving, but
I don't think anyone foresees a big change like we had
from RPG III to RPG IV.

I know this looks quite a bit different from traditional
RPG programming, but basically, after writing a few
programs using the CF-Spec exclusively, to me the
language is still RPG, only better.<<
