Hey Coz,

Being a Notes shop we've documented our functions of our service
program with Notes. We wanted to document each function so well
that you can look at the documentation and not have to look at
the code. Sort of like reading the RPG manual and not screaming
for the source for the compiler so you can tell how MOVE works.
Can I attach .NSF files? Would it do any good for the poor
unfortunates without Notes? You wouldn't happen to be a Notes
shop would you? If so then a pointer to the NSF file would allow
them to read the NSF file online.

Alas we don't have our web site up yet. We are in the perpetual
study stage. We don't market directly to consumers and we are
trying to figure out what we want it to do. But, by God, we have
a 400 sitting here sucking dust waiting to be our web server.

Actually,

There is an RPG IV website. It is www.rpgiv.com

I am fully willing to add a section on user-written code to it, provide
these conditions are met:

 1) Full source code is provided.
 2) Full use rights are granted to the public in writing (in the source or
attached text file is fine).
 3) Users agree to indemnify the author of the code, RPGIV.com and anybody
else.
 4) It is "as is" without warranty of any kind or for any purpose.
 5) No dependence on rare 3rd-party software is integrated into the code.
(That is if it needs product X in order to work, product X can only be a
very widely used piece of code. For example, Rexx routines for Code/400
would not be considered widely used.)

I've offered this before, but few people have replied and fewer offer code.
