You could try compiling the CL program with
OPTION(*SRCDBG) and then use that pgm on the STRDBG
(with OPMSRC(*YES)).  When you get to the line where
the RPG calls are, try doing the "Step into" command
key.

I haven't tried this so I can't guarantee that it'll
work.  If not you may have to make the CL a CLLE
instead.
