One thing I don't see the RPG SQL precompiler supporting is nested /COPY's. I use this for my H specs. My service program does a /COPY of one group of H specs. All other programs do a /COPY of another, which in turn does a /COPY of the same one that the service program uses, with some additional lines. When I try this on an SQLRPGLE program I get: SQL1003- Nested /COPY statements not allowed. I submitted a DCR, Design Change Request, formerly called a PASR to Kevin Toliver at 507-286-6062. Kevin is the coordinator for this. I've not heard squat. It has been my experience that the people in this position change rapidly. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * This is the RPG/400 Discussion Mailing List!
