I have had problems with their support. Besides the nickel and dime stuff, even after we had a support contract they ended up blaming the problem on my PC, even though the problem was on a DOS PC and about 6 Win95 PCs. It was also amazing to me that they were able to recreate it and then mysteriously it disappeared on their end!! Then they had the nerve to say that they would only fix it if we paid their consulting fees (hourly.) We used to buy quite a few runtimes from them every year, but after this incident (plus a few other indications, since they were bought out,) we decided to migrate away from them. We wouldn't even consider their Baby/400 product. -mark * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * This is the RPG/400 Discussion Mailing List!
