not a "fair" answer but I send reports, databases, and spreadsheets all the time with Advanced Systems Concepts (ASC) Sequel product. It will email directly from the command line through the 400. No PC required (cept to receive of course). You can CPYSPLF to a flat file, download the flat file to a PC and attach that file if you wish... the formatting will likely be skewed for the intended printer.
