In RPG IV, you can do this by compiling with DBGVIEW(*LIST).  In RPG 400,
you can compile with OPTION(*LSTDBG) and use the STRDBG OPMSRC(*YES)
command to debug it.  STRISDB does not support stepping through /COPY
members according to the ISDB manual, section 3.3.2.
