A discovery of CRTSQLRPGI for V4R2 & above

The main complaint of the CRTSQLRPGI command was the DFTACTGRP parameter
was not there,  well I have discovered that it is actually there but you
can not access via F4 prompt,  In order to change the DFTACTGRP to *NO you
can use the H spec if you are at V4R2 & above.  You will need to specify an
ACTGRP instead.  Thus will now will be able to do the PDM option 14 and it
will compile into the correct activation group.  A nice trick to an
incomplete option.

      H DFTACTGRP(*NO)   ACTGRP('JIMK')
or
     H DFTACTGRP(*NO)   ACTGRP(*CALLER)
