AS/400 Email List.

Due to the Large Number of Emails on this NewsGroup...

SubJ: Microsoft Outlook...

I have created an INBOX Rule for my Email. So many from this News Group
they now get Filed in their own folder Automaticly. However you are not
notified of New Email unless it goes into you Inbox Folder.

1. Click on your Inbox Folder.
2. Click File, New, Folder, (Name your Folder)
3. Click Tools, Inbox Assistant.
4. Click Add  Rule
5. Place the Email for this Routing Host  ( RPG400-L@midrange.com ) in
the Email From Box.
6. Check the box for "Move to Folder", Browse for your New Email
Subfolder.

This will copy all these emails to your own folder and keep you from
having to move them Manually.
