The library is just an index to the objects that it points to. I use
DSPLIB mylib with the *PRINT option to find the total size of all
objects in a library (the size is at the bottom of the report). Then I
 use DSPOBJD mylib *LIB to find out the size of the index. These
two added together is the size of your library including all of the
objects.
