× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

RPG400 is basically unchanged.
RPG IV has a bunch of new stuff in it.  Look in the ILE RPG for AS/400 
Reference, under "What's new for this release"
