hi! i'm sitting here thinking over a problem i'd like to solve soon. it concerns an interactive pgm. that is meant to add a sequentially assigned number (determined by the pgm) if the user chooses the add add function. now, i'll be using a pf that i've already created. problem is that whenever i create my pf's i randomly just type all sorts of junk in there. so to begin with, my pf does not have any sequential numbers in it. it may have for example, 1, 2, 222, 8000... and since this is the case my pgm. ought to "fill in the blanks" so to speak, you know, and THEN assigning numbers sequentially should the user choose the add function. regards, Mohammad _________________________________________________________ DO YOU YAHOO!?
