Ack.  After re-reading this I realized that I implied that you must set the job
switch with code.  This is not the case.  You can set these permanantly with the
WRKJOBD command.  The only time you would need retreive it is if you wanted to
change it on the fly or like our shop, all of your switches are set to 00000000.
