The Message enqueue date and time is stored in time-of-day (TOD) format. To convert from TOD to other (more readable) formats you can use the Convert Date and Time Format (QWCCVTDT) API found in the Miscellaneous APIs chapter of the System API. For QWCCVTDT TOD is specified as *DTS. Both TOD and DTS refer to an 8 byte system time-stamp.
