  I don't know of anyone who maintains an official FAQ; perhaps a list 
member has been saving questions to build up a FAQ?

As for technical sites, I suppose it depends upon what you're looking to 
know about.  If you are already proficient with the AS/400 in areas like 
CL, subfiles, externally defined files, OPNQRYF, SQL and so on, then you 
really only need to focus on RPG.
