Qualifying exported names.

Exporters,

When retrieving an exported field name is it possible to qualify the name with 
the procedure?  I am using the activate program and retrieve export APIs.  I 
would like to avoid appending the procedure name (which is universally unique) 
to exported variables names which could otherwise be duplicated within a 
service program.
