Use CVTRPGSRC.   It does a decent job of conversion; however, it may 
not take advantage of all of the new RPG IV features, so 
you may want to do a little editing--even though it's not required.  
For instance, you'll still have factor one and factor two for your 
IFEQ statements instead of an IF followed by an extended factor 
two.
