On the plus side, the communication with IBM went well.  They upped one
contact at the client to an administrator.  He added a coworker as an
administrator.  He removed some old contacts.  And, wonder of wonders, was
able to add my gmail account, as an administrator too.

This will allow me to postpone getting my own domain email account for now.
