In the realm of esoteric facts, there was a SETI application that ran on 
AS/400s - written by Larry Loen, I believe, who was at IBM for a long 
time and was part of the System/38 team. One really smart fellow, and a 
really good guy, he helped me out on some stuff I did when contracting 
at IBM in 2011.
