Commercial vs. home

My home is a couple of miles south of Ft Wayne and I also have Comcast
there. At home, it thinks I'm in New Haven, IN, just east of Ft Wayne,
which sorta makes sense.

It just bugs me from time to time. Why does Comcast think We're in Chicago?
