Thanks. I'll give that a shot and report back.

Use a program called Total Uninstall.
It has a free 30day trial.
1. It does a backup of everything it uninstalls.
2. It creates a restore point.
3. It runs the programs normal uninstall.
Note: don't worry if the normal uninstall fails.
Note: If it asks you to reboot. Don't Total Uninstall will
take care of it.
4. It removes what the normal uninstall leaves behind.

I'm just a happy user.

[PCTECH] Client access removal from Windows 10:

All,

Moving from a Win7 to a Win10 PC. I used Easus ToDo PCTrans to move apps
and I (stupidly) did not uninstall the old Client Access first.

Now I am unable to uninstall it from the Win 10 PC. I get

cwbx.dll not able to unregister

followed by

cwbtfcai.dll not able to unregister

then it goes through the motions like it's uninstalling, but doesn't
uninstall.

Anybody been through this and know what to do?

Thanks.
