I found mine in c:\ProgramData\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility

See if that helps you.

Subject: [PCTECH] Cisco VPN client Drop down
In the past I remember finding an XML or other document in the Cisco VPN
client that would allow you to add various VPN destinations to the drop
down, instead of just the last one that connected.
Does anyone know where that is in the latest Cisco client? I have searched
but I've not been successful in finding it.
