First of all I would do the Help, About on a sample of good and bad. With
the ability to install multiple versions of iACS you can't trust on what
you see in a particular directory. Trust me, I upgraded this week and
found this out. This also might be a good time to change them all to run
on a network share. After all, are they really going to be able to use a
5250 session if they don't have share access? Using a share will ease
upgrades. And there's one expected out THIS MONTH.

Just in case you have multiple DNS entries etc I would try the following
from DOS command prompt:
C:\Users\rob>nslookup myibmi.dilgardfoods.local
and if you have a favored DNS compare that to
C:\Users\rob>nslookup myibmi.dilgardfoods.local myfavoredDNS
