I am using Multiplicity to control two computers with one keyboard and mouse.

Works through a firewall as well. (Two computers on different networks and different domains in our install.) I have three monitors on my desk, two on m primary and one on the secondary. I just slide my mouse over to the secondary and start typing on that machine.

Subject: [PCTECH] Virtual KVM recommendations?
I have two monitors connected to my (personal) tower, running Windows10
tech preview. It has the keyboard and mouse attached to it. Let's call
these monitors M1 (primary) and M2 (secondary).
I now have a work laptop (running Win7 Enterprise SP1) that I would like to
use the same keyboard and mouse on. This laptop has a VPN connection to the
corporate network. I mention the VPN because, apparently, this is a show
stopper for some (all?) virtual KVMs. Let's call the laptop's monitor L3.
I need one of the monitors to be a second display to the laptop. Ideally,
the KVM would handle this. I.e., when the keyboard/mouse is active on the
laptop, I want M2 to be the secondary monitor on the laptop. M1 should
continue to display whatever was displaying from the tower. If this is
asking too much, and it can only be a "KVM without the V", then I would
dedicate (hard connect) M2 to the laptop.
Price is a primary factor.
Any recommendations?
