Ah, I see what you mean.

GMail is pretty good at filtering spam.

None the less, if your mail server goes down ... there's no way for someone to tell you about it if the only email contacts you have on your domain are within the domain. Then you won't get ANY spam (or ham either) <grin/>.

FWIW: I actually don't get a lot of spam on the addresses I list on the whois database. I have the email addresses tagged so I know the spammers get it from the whois database.
