I don't believe they have a contract with Sonicwall.
It is supported by a company called TekSecure Labs through a deal with
Verizon.
We have never had any dealing with the firewall in the last 5 years.
It was shipped to the company preconfigured. We plugged it in to the
LAN per the instruction sheet and that was our only dealing with the box.
I need to call TekSecure Labs I guess...
I am assuming those guys have user name and password.
