Weird, I use Reader X and use highlighting often. I can then print
them to the color printer just fine.

All,

It's time to renew health coverage for our employees and, being a VP, I get
to participate in all aspects. Woo hoo!

We're looking at maybe switching from UHC to either PHP or Anthem, so we
need to have every employee fill out an app. What we received were PDF
documents designed to be filled out electronically. Most of our employees
cannot fill them out electronically, so we need to print copies and have
them filled out by hand.

These are secured forms that have the fields needing filled out
highlighted. It would be perfect if the highlighting would show when
printing, but it does not. The highlighting 'tool' also does not work
within the Adobe reader.

Does anyone know a way we can print these such that the highlighting will
show in the printed copies?

Thanks.
