Some do Rob - I've not seen the "biggies" do it - but we have found that several individual companies do so on their SonicWall or whatever appliances. In some cases switching the individual to text versions works - but we have had to have some people switch to a personal gmail or whatever account.
This is true of all the services I have used (3 to date)
