Depends on your definition of "hearing about it" I guess. In many cases we only knew it was happening when a particularly determined individual took the trouble to write to us and ask why they weren't getting our Summit conference announcements even though they had signed up to be notified. It has happened to us many times - but how many weren't determined enough to bother to write?
