Chuck,

I just discovered it Saturday Night when I went to use it. Was less than
thrilled. I've got to find the contract to see what it says. They say it
only worked "because of a fluke". Of course, I say "It was turned on, now
it is turned off...you made a decision".

But re the Nexus 7, it looks very cool! And a low price to boot. My guess
is that both the Kindle Fire and B&N Nook are going to have to do something
quickly. No way I'd buy either one when the Nexus 7 is the same price.

I do love the 7" form factor. Big enough to do most anything, but small
enough to always carry.

And not having the 3g/4g is no big deal with smart phone mobile hot spots
(except for TMobile now). And there is a lot of free wifi now days. When I
couldn't get my hotspot working, I scanned and hooked into IUPUI's public
wifi. Starbucks & Barnes & Noble both have free wifi. Heck, even my gas
station has it!

Even paying for mobil hotspot is better than paying for an extra line.

Wonder if I could talk my wife into a Fire (Mine) and then I could get a
Nexus 7!!!

Fraud? I'd make sure they credit that back to your contract!

I used to have free hotspot useage on T Mobil, but now they have cut that
off. The bad thing is I've still got a year on my contract.
