A couple of tongue depressors or Popsicle sticks for stiffness and piece of
cardboard folded in half. Put the chips in there and the whole thing in
an anti-static bag. Then into an envelope. I go thru a lot of #2 poly
bubble mailers so that is what I'd use, But most anything would work. It
would be less than 13oz so you could send it anywhere in the 50 states for
no more than $3.28.

At least, that's what I'd do. But then, I've got everything needed to ship
stuff about 10 feet from my desk.
