Jim can you temporarily turn off rules and see if you get it OK to
ascertain that you don't have a "renegade" rule?

Subject: [PCTECH] email trashed

Is there any method of determining why an email goes straight to delete?
I have many blocked senders, many subject based rules, and have scanned
them several times and cannot figure out why some emails go directly to
delete.

Is there anything in the properties of the email header? I looked &
don't see it.

I have emails recently from one person - 1 email came to inbox, other to
delete.
Nothing special in subject

Win XP Pro SP3 w/Outlook Express 6 & fixes.
Time Warner is isp.
Only notice this recently.

Jim
