Re: Outlook Security

There is a setting in the Outlook profile to force authentication. The
specific location (and what it is called) varies among the flavors of
Outlook, but you can get to the Outlook profiles through the Mail control
panel applet. In Outlook 2010 is it on the "Security" tab of the "Advanced"
screen on the email account properties.

You mean a password to open the application?

If you're using personal folders for storage, I think you an put a password
on the PST file.
